Excellent experience. Mercedes and her team got the job done and it was not easy because we did not know our access codes and passwords for some of the accounts to transfer service.

Christina and her staff are amazing. Solved an issue that two other Verizon agents were unable to accomplish. She’s a superstar. Verizon is lucky to have her as an employee.
