“This is for supervisor of Ray Witherspoon who also is a supervisor as well in Mirimar branch I had difficulty for a long time getting a cane with offset handle and run around from other workers because there was another cane they couldn't get and no one cared or went out of there way spoke to my Doctor he wanted to get a can with a offset handle since the other one they couldn't get it went on for a long time no follow ups or call backs but Ray Witherspoon I spoke to got the cane ordered called me back and told me it should take a while he went out of his way and was happy to help me gave me his extention to call him I spoke to him today and its on the way very pleasant and professional and really cares and follows threw he should be a trainer because of his work ethics that are rare today he should be commended for his good attitude and personality and caring about customers and Aero Care he is a asset to the company and should be appreciated. I hope Eric Meyers a supervisor and all his supervisors see this post .
Also a thank you to Marco who placed the order for the cane and delivery person I appoligise i don't know the name I hope bosses look it up delivered the cane last night on 10/14 Tuesday 10 PM was very nice and caring made sure cane was adjusted properly and had me test it and showed me how to adjust was very helpful and friendly . Most of all i thank Ray Witherspoon Supervisor to straighten and fix the mess was a true professional and extremely helpful.”

“Racquel is absolutely amazing! ❤ I found their shop completely by chance, and honestly, I feel like it was a blessing that I did.
I was looking for some very specific medical supplies for my 90-year-old mom, who has a real bad hip and has difficulty walking or standing for more than five minutes. She has some more advanced medical needs, and I wasn’t even completely sure what she needed or what would work best for her.
The moment we explained my mom’s situation to Racquel, I knew she was in the right hands. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. And the amount of time she takes to actually listen, go over every option, and find what will work best for your individual needs is honestly mind-blowing. She doesn’t rush you or just point you toward a product — she takes the time to understand the situation and truly help.
As a daughter caring for an aging parent, having someone take that kind of care and concern seriously means more than I can say. My knowledge of medical supplies was marginal at best, but Racquel never made me feel like I should have known more. She simply listened, explained everything, and guided us in the right direction.

“June and John are wonderful people and saved my sanity when I needed them the most. My husband broke his hip and it was not opperatable; the hospital wanted to send him home. I needed a hospital bed, immediately, I stopped in the shop and June I guess seeing the state I was in gave me a big hug and said don't worry about a thing and she they took care of everything I had a bed and everything else I needed the next day. “Alex did a great job and helping us with our CPAP supplies. we have been contacted when we need replacement pieces to our email for supplies like our mask and hose and water containers. We received them in the mail and they are brand new and nice and clean. I appreciate your timelines because I need fresh new supplies every three months HME does a very good job and taking care of the people that need these types of CPAP supplies. I recommend using them if you want someone you can trust to make sure you get the equipment you need.”

She has gone above and beyond by shipping me these overnight so I can have these supplies for the weekend in the interim until my new insurance company approves payment for these supplies. Since our State of Florida insurance changed as of Jan 2024, subsequently caused a delay in authorizing payments for these much needed medical supplies. “They always have my medication and they can get difficult meds. If you need pain meds be aware you need 2-non narcotic per 1 narcotic to fill here. However if you're a reliable customer they will have your medicine every time. They also have a delivery service now ❤️? best $7.00 to spend. They can get cranky but when you're busy and have to keep stopping wouldn't you be too? Just a great place to get no hassle medicine and they have loads of $1.00 items”
“I was on vacation and going on a cruise that afternoon when I realized that I did not have all the parts for my CPAP equipment. I saw this company online and read the previous reviews which prompted me to call the company.
I spoke with Ingrid and explained what I needed. She checked if they had what I needed and she said they had it in stock.
When I got there I met Ingrid and her boss and they went out of their way to insure I had everything I needed.
They saved our vacation as I would have been unable to use my CPAP for 2 weeks. That would have been a real disaster and not good for my health.

“I needed a wheelchair and one day later a high quality chair was delivered. The entire process was one of the smoothest processes I’ve encountered! I must acknowledge the two people who both went above and beyond to assist me. First we spoke with Sashra. She made sure my insurance was taken care of , not an easy task, and arranged for a special chair to be delivered. She was knowledgeable and she cared very much about getting my needs taken care of.
The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was Tray . Tray showed up early with the delivery. He was patient, kind and friendly. He knew everything about the equipment and he took his time teaching my husband and myself how to use the chair.
