Dr. Gonzalez has always been able to articulate things to me in a simple and easy to understand way. I always appreciate the way they make me feel like family whenever I show up no matter how much time has passed between visits. The techs here are very sweet and compassionate.

Dr.Acosta was a great doctor and had a beautiful technician named Natalia. I definitely recommend everyone to come to this clinic as it in well organized and staff will take their time explaining medications and how to take care of your pet!

7850 W Commercial Blvd, LauderhillI came into Banfield this morning for the first time ever and I have to say I had no idea how to care for my pet, then I met Emily. She did an impressive job at explaining everything I needed to consider to keep my puppy healthy and she did so in the most knowledgeable and patient way you can imagine. I have to say she was easy to talk to and was open to answering each and every question I had. Thanks Emily!

4678 N University Dr, LauderhillI just left VCA after picking up my cat whome i care about dearly she was very well treated and so was I.. Kaley at the front desk was very friendly and was kind to make me a same day appointment even though i was a first time client also the first visit was FREE also the Vet Doctor Britteny Santos was superb she does well with cats after making me a plan to do an enema and sedation for my cat i agreed to it , after about 1 hour i got a call from her saying my cat was ready to pick up and she did not even need to sedate her... that alone reduced my bill significantly but more important is there honesty i have 5 cats and i plan to bring them all here from now on because of Miss Santos Thank you very much for youre help

Our Giant Schnauzer, Remington, has completed basic obedience, advanced training, and an introduction to protection with Mike, and the results have been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to make sure both the dog and owner understand the training. We’ve seen a huge improvement in Remington’s behavior. Highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a great trainer!

5409 N University Dr, LauderhillI stopped by today for Tropical Smoothie's National Flip Flop Day promotion and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was simple, the staff was friendly, and everything moved surprisingly quickly even with the extra traffic from people coming in for their free smoothie. Tropical Smoothie offered a free 12 oz. Mango Monsoon Smoothie to guests wearing flip-flops, which was a fun way to kick off summer and introduce customers to one of their tropical flavors. The smoothie itself was refreshing, fruity, and perfect for a hot Florida afternoon. What stood out most to me wasn't just the free drink—it was that the staff treated guests with the same kindness and professionalism they would any paying customer. The cafe was clean, organized, and had the relaxed tropical atmosphere that makes Tropical Smoothie a pleasant place to stop in.
It's always nice to see a business give back to the community with promotions like this, and experiences like today definitely encourage me to return and try more from the menu in the future. Thank you to the team for making a simple smoothie run a bright spot in my day!
