She’s always been a little nervous and skittish when it comes to new things. At first, when I came to this office, I used to come with her to every appointment. After a couple appointments, I started to leave her with the staff. I could notice her being less and less nervous as we continued to go. In the past, she used to cower and hide for hours after a visit and after this one she hid for about 20 minutes and then was back to normal. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff. Both of the front desk girls were super nice when I dropped off and picked up. The doctors are super caring and very detailed. As well as the nurse who personally called me was super sweet and detailed how the visit went. How she described Chi-Chi and their interaction I could tell that they made a true connection and she was really cared for. I wanted to thank the doctors and staff at Sawgrass Banfield again and let them know that you guys are truly making a difference and it’s much appreciated 😻❤

From day one, the trainer was patient, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. Rocky used to pull on the leash and ignore basic commands, but after just a few sessions, the improvement was incredible. They also gave me great tips and techniques to continue the training at home.
The environment is welcoming and professional, and you can tell they truly care about every dog they work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dog training services. Thank you for the amazing work! 🐶👏

Went with my wife and son and we both ordered The Basic with bacon added, cage free eggs and cheddar on a brioche bun, and it might be the best bacon egg and cheese we have ever had. Eggs are made to order, I got mine over easy and they nailed it. Crispy bacon, brioche toasted just right. Service was quick and friendly too. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a solid breakfast spot.
