You can tell how much the groomer loves animals and takes good care of them while they're under her care. I feel very comfortable leaving my girl her since day 1.
Her cut was also sooooo cute! I absolutely love the results the groomer really paid attention to what I wanted and exceed those expectations. We will be back soon 😊

2726 FL-7, MargateI had such a wonderful experience with Grateful Pup! Barbie and her husband, the owners, are truly genuine people, you can immediately tell how much they love what they do. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, clean, and welcoming… almost like being at home.
What really stood out to me was how much care and attention Barbie gave to my dogs. She took the time to meet them and get acquainted beforehand, even offering to do so prior to scheduling the grooming appointment to make sure they’d be comfortable. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot.
She also carefully reviewed their medical history and made sure to avoid anything that could potentially harm them or make them uncomfortable. It’s clear she prioritizes the well-being of the pets above everything else.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will absolutely be recommending Grateful Pup to anyone looking for a caring and professional groomer!

The prices are more than fair. When we paid I was in shock because my other vet would definitely cost 3x with less care. Highly recommend to everyone. They do not try to sell you what you don't need.

When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved cat to sleep, they treated us with such kindness, patience, and respect. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and never made us feel rushed.
Their care didn't end there. The follow-up and aftercare were thoughtful and comforting, showing how much they truly care about both their patients and their families.

Going to the vet can be a stressful experience but Mary is a bright, professional, and kind person that really took the time to answer any questions I had. She never forgot about my dogs and their needs. She is intelligent and patient. Dr. Berrios has helped my dogs through quite a few tough situations and I have grown to trust him and his expert opinion through every stage of my dogs’ lives under his care.
