“I like TJ Maxx, but every time I come to this location, I dread dealing with Norma while checking out. She's unapproachable and rude. She will yank things out of your hands, walk away without any explanation of what she's doing, and treat you like you are an inconvenience every time you try to make a return. I've gone back and forth on leaving a review, but after this last visit, it needs noted. This type of customer service never would have been tolerated when I worked there. Maybe new management? Whatever it may be, the focus needs to be more on customer service and less on pushing the credit card. All the veteran employees are absolutely wonderful to deal with.”
“I received excellent customer service today from Melissa. I had a face cleanser that was outside of the return policy. I had the receipt and she was kind enough to give me a store credit. It was a very nice Korean cleanser however it burned my eyes and I couldn't rinse it out of my washcloths so I couldn't wipe my eyes after I used it on my face.”
“I have to say, I had the best Thanksgiving pre-shopping experience at our Inverness Walmart yesterday. I am expecting to host 19 tomorrow so I had a big shop. I was so happy when I got my overflowing cart to the front there was a cashier named Russell available with nobody ahead of me! He got a second cart so we could fit them as we bagged everything, and was so cheery, patiently working through my pile. Then another superstar, Angel, came and helped me push the second cart to my car so I could get all these in 1 trip. Both so pleasant and helpful, I am grateful they made this a easy as can be. Thank you Walmart for hiring these 2 great team members, and thank you Russell and Angel, I appreciate what you do. #Walmart #Inverness #customerservice”
“We stopped in and bought a few things the other day and I left my credit card in the machine at check out. Yep, that just happened!
Someone working was nice enough to put it aside for me. I went back today to pick it up and bought a very nice recliner that we looked at the day before. They brought it out to my truck within minutes and I was on my way.
Returning my card and bringing the recliner out that fast easily earned a 5-star review for both visits!”
“Conveniently located, always busy, but clean. Only advice is to watch out for those Walmart shoppers. Always take up the middle of the isle and pretty much aren't aware of their surroundings.”
“Great Walmart for pickup, the woman there are strong on the running around game getting all orders out fast. So much faster than Homosassa Walmart.
I think Walmart should make the parking for pick up a little closer for them. It seems like it is spread to far out for their workers. The furthest Ive seen at any Walmart to tell you the truth”

“I have been to this store many times. This peticular time I went in. I was looking for a product. I went to a person who was working in the back. Her name is Becca. I asked her if she could give any advice on what kind product I could use for a certain application. She took me right to it. She was ever so helpful. I also found out that she is a very knowledgeable cashier. I also met Bill who is a manager. These two people working in this store take pride in their work and make every effort to make anyone's shopping experience most pleasurable. I highly recommend this store and if you are in there. Say hi to Becca & Bill. Really nice people.”

“The lecanto Walmart is usually well stocked most days but today during my visit several items were out of stock that I wanted to purchase and going to checkout after finishing my shopping 1 cashier lane was open at 9 am self checkouts were full because of my parkinsons disease tremors I use cashier registers as I'm not able to hold items still for scanning . Nobody came to open another register even though the line at the 1 open register crossed into the main front isle blocking other customers from going through this is absolutely unacceptable for a billion dollar company I'm very disappointed with the lecanto Walmart I usually give them 5 stars but today I can't and the prices have gone up on almost everything like great value canned veggies use to be 50 cents a can now 76 cents a can family size cheerios cereal use to be 4.93 a box now 4.96 3 cents might not seem much but on a fixed social security fixed disability income it is my grocery benefits are now $10 dollars less from my Medicare insurance company I now have to make tougher choices of what I can afford and can't I only get $70 per month for food use to be $80 .The employees are quite friendly and I'm known by many of them since I'm a regular customer they all make me feel right at home and I enjoy seeing them when I shop there. Like most stores there are some days that are better than others its not a perfect world .Overall this store is not a bad place to shop .My latest visits have been quite pleasant. ?”
