Being Senior citizens, we are not very tech savvy. We came in to update our phones, and were met by Joseph Johnson. He explained everything to us and gave us his number to call. He called us later to see how we doing. He is a great asset to Verizon! I feel I will be able to learn this phone after all with his help and understanding.
