“The last time we visited this store my husband had a bad experience with the previous staff. We recently came back to this store and met Avalon. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She educated us on various phones, was very clear on the trade in value of our current phone, and the costs associated with whatever phone we chose to upgrade with. We couldn't make up our minds on what phone we wanted to go with so we returned the next day and she set us up with the phone of our choice. Most importantly, she stayed 45 minutes past her shift to make sure that the sentimental voice memos and texts from my mom transferred through to my new phone. Thank you for everything Avalon.”

“I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 17 years, and after opening a new account recently, I ran into a series of issues involving misinformation, unexpected charges, and a lot of frustration. After spending over a week and a half trying to get answers through customer service and another store in Brandon, I finally found the help I needed with Lammahd.

Lammahd was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving my concerns. He took the time to thoroughly review my account, explain everything clearly, and fix issues that others had been unable to resolve. He never made me feel rushed, didn’t make me uncomfortable, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process.

“I've had two experiences at this store and both were excellent. First time in I saw Sergio who I feel went above and beyond with his customer service. He helped my wife and I upgrade our phones. He helped me save by letting me know I qualified for a discount as I'm a health care provider. The money I saved I was able to add insurance for my whole family and still saved money. That's A+ service.
Second time I came in I saw Nathi and she was just as helpful. She helped me to get a plan for my daughter for the summer as she is traveling to Europe. They both I feel went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend this store location for your AT&T needs.

“Went here to swap over a phone on one of my lines. The lady that helped me, I believe her name was Claudia and the manager. She was very professional and had a friendly and happy vibe to her. She was very helpful and patient, even though it took like 40 minutes for everything to transfer over from one phone to the other.
