“Really appreciated the help I received here. I came in with a malfunctioning phone, and the employees took the time to go over my options with me. They offered an upgrade, but when I decided not to upgrade, they still went above and beyond to help.
They called customer service for me and stayed on the phone the whole time to make sure everything was handled properly and that my replacement phone was approved. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer service all around!”

“Went here to swap over a phone on one of my lines. The lady that helped me, I believe her name was Claudia and the manager. She was very professional and had a friendly and happy vibe to her. She was very helpful and patient, even though it took like 40 minutes for everything to transfer over from one phone to the other. I would recommend going to this metro over any other store if you have a problem or need help with your phone. I have been to other stores and never received the service I received here.
