“I’ve been going to The UPS Store #4372 on Tree Swallow Dr in Winter Springs for years now, and it’s hands-down one of the best-run businesses I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, familiar faces—many of the staff have been there for a long time, and it really feels like they care about the people they serve.
Over the years, I’ve come here for all kinds of things—from sending out USPS packages and returning big online orders, to getting background check paperwork done on their kiosk and handling other random errands. Every single time, they’ve made the process easy, quick, and pleasant. The store is always super clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re in and out of places like this regularly.
This location has truly become my go-to spot, and I always know I’m in good hands when I stop by. Thank you to the whole team for consistently going above and beyond”
“When I have something to ship I always come to store 2126, which is always everyday to every other day. I walk in and the staff greets me by my name and they don't even ask me they know I emailed my labels to them. They print them and put them on the packages and tell me to have a good day. It's nice when people take time to know your name. And the whole entire staff is wonderful, I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They are all great and I would tell everyone I know and don't know to use them. Thanks for the good service keep up the good work.”

“I was submitting a proposal for a City contract that was 41 pages long and Talor really went the extra mile with helping me organize and getting it notarized. I could tell they were extremely busy here, but she took the time to go through everyone at the 41 pages and highlight very clearly where I needed to sign which is on almost every single page to help me save time and decipher where I needed to focus on, so I didn’t have to read through and spend my time doing it, which really made the process easy. She was very kind and helpful to other people inside the buildings as several customers had other problems throughout my visit. She was helpful to her employees as well a credit to her. People writing negative reviews should take time to remember sometimes one off occurrences are going to happen (it happens at any place of business).
