“When I have something to ship I always come to store 2126, which is always everyday to every other day. I walk in and the staff greets me by my name and they don't even ask me they know I emailed my labels to them. They print them and put them on the packages and tell me to have a good day. It's nice when people take time to know your name. And the whole entire staff is wonderful, I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They are all great and I would tell everyone I know and don't know to use them. Thanks for the good service keep up the good work.”

Caleb is the best he is always kind, patient and willing to assist with a smile.

Not only did he patiently walk me through how to get the correct shipping label, but he also offered to print it in-house. Because of him, I avoided having to make a second trip — which saved me so much time.
It’s rare to find someone who looks for solutions instead of just pointing out problems. Alexis was proactive, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. Employees like him make all the difference in a customer’s experience. He’s absolutely a keeper and deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise!).”

“This is an updated review. Jay was so helpful. I was so frustrated at the manager, I felt embarrased because being new to the return process for amazon packages. I had several items to return. The manager did minimal to help. I felt he could have used his people skills a little more efficiently instead of being silent and standing there. I dreaded going back to the store for returns because of the manager but thank God I was helped by Jay that totally went through explaining every detail and has taught me how to make the returns a quicker process. Jay, shrey, and another young man that works there are the best. They work very hard and are very accommodating which is great customer service. I come back to this store because of convienence.. im too busy to go the further location. It should be convenient to the customer not the employee. So thank you Jay, shrey, and the other tall gentleman for helping me.”
