The two stores closer to us did not have the phones we wanted in stock, so we called and confirmed this location had them.
Juan helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and was so patient! He was laid back but still professional, and made us feel like we were having a conversation with a person rather than being talked at by a robot employee only worried about the sale. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all of our options and the fees included.
The store manager, Neil, was also very polite and helpful. When we went back to return our old phones he provided us with all the pricing information again, and made sure we understood everything. They are an awesome team and are very personable. Such a fantastic experience!
We will be definitely be traveling to this store for all of our phone needs in the future.”

“Shared the specific information about my phones and was given a fair quote to purchase them. The items were properly prepared, packaged and sent out with the UPS address slip IWM provided me. They notified me when the items arrived, when they were being assessed and again once the agreed upon money was placed in my account. Overall, simple and fair transaction!”

“Let me just start by saying I typically never do reviews, mainly because I'm lazy and/ or forget. But after my experience with Ginna ( hopefully I spelled that right ) I absolutely had to leave a review. I had broken the screen on my previous phone and came in looking to buy a new phone, and originally was looking to purchase an iPhone. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ginna, with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I gave her a little bit of back story and told her what I was looking for. After chatting a bit, we came to an agreement that an iPhone was probably not the best choice for me. And before I continue, let me just say I totally appreciate a sales person who truly cares and not try to push something more expensive on you because it'll benefit them. . I previously had a Galaxy A12 and Ginna showed me all the upgraded versions and we were able to find a phone within my budget and I absolutely love my phone. I also want to commend Ginna on her patience with me. Anyone that knows me knows when I get frustrated, I am not the easiest person to deal with and Ginna handled it all with such grace and kindness, she did not match my energy, she took her time and literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was able to set up my phone. Ginna I hope you see this, thank you so much and I hope T-Mobile knows how lucky they are to have someone like you representing their company. Thank you.”

“Had a great experience with Mina Zaki as my sales rep from Verizon! He was very patient with all the things I needed assistance with. We were here for 3 hrs and he was very patient with me, my son and my parents. He was able to assist me with merging our separate accounts and was able to add a lot of promo deals so our bill was lower as well! I already enjoy the new service Verizon gave me but now I have a rep that I'll be going to whenever I need support! Highly recommend the Aloma Verizon if you are in the Winter Park area!”
