“Melissa the manager was very nice and helpful so was Ava at the registers- very sweet. Fairly good selection of clothes, GREAT deals currently 👌🏻 👍🏻 biggest put off was the fitting rooms; they weren't cleaned out in between customers. Clothes and hangers from previous customers still in the fitting rooms on benches and floor. Also minimal area to hang items when trying things on.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! Good sales help is hard to find in any sector particularly retail right now. It’s been a long long time since I went to Polo store of any kind but we went in tonight and met Jared one of the supervisors. He absolutely knew that store back in front. Friendly, helpful, when the back and found things that have been returned, I might be interested in some of which I bought. Flexible. I can’t say enough good things. And it shows because the staff is equally helpful: Jung, Ahmed, and others are also helpful but Jared is the bomb. Never never pushy whatsoever, but made want to buy! Some sales people know the product. Others don’t know the product, but they’re good at communicating. Few know at all. This staff appears to have it all! Highly recommend I will be returning. Thank you, Jared!”

“Great selection of clothes and they always have amazing deals. Seriously, USPA is one of my favorite brands since the late 90s. The store just needs better up keeping since clothes seem to be mixed up all over the place”
