He was able to resolve a lack of ID by myself and hooked me up with the phone I was in aim of purchasing. “Rylee is what a great customer service feels like. I was tossed around few times with my for refund and charges - with issue still unresolved after months. I walked in and Rylee welcomed me right away and took full ownership to resolve the issue until it was fully resolved - not halfway. She has excellent people and managerial skills. She was very pleasant all along while working on my issue though it took way longer than anticipated. Its rare to find such talent nowadays. “After one week of service, I am very happy with Frontier internet. The price is much lower than the competition. Installation was easy and they threw in extras like a free modem and mesh router system. Internet speed is modesty better than the competition and there have been no outages. Also, there are no download volume limits and I expect to receive a $200 gift card soon.”
“Set up the appointment to replace a modem that was fried in a lighting storm. Got there, checked in and I'd say within 15 mins I was at the desk exchanging for a new one. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself was set up nicely with various products on display. It was clean and neat.”
