“My family and I have stopped out at the Wesley Chapel Grove Location multiple times in the last couple of weeks. We want to give a huge shot out and a thanks to Antonio. He is the only representative that actually took time to answer all of questions and help us out with getting mobile services. There is a nice older blonde hair lady but her knowledge on products is not there. Also an African American guy that works there and he has no customer service. He did everything to not help us out. He never even left the desk. He was also rude. So don't waste your time, stop in and see Antonio. He knows his stuff and goes out of his way to help you out.”

“This store has Kyle, a top notch rep. Not Kyle hawk at Victra down the street. This location in front of the outlets on rt 54 is a direct Verizon store not reseller.Only go hereI returned a phone and watch to Victra Kyle Hawk that is still able to access my accounts sfter 2 months.Kyle Hawk did not forward the phone to Verizon for refurbish and resale and wipe off data as he said was SOP.It's a joke to get through to the store. They want you to come in person to ensure they do what they say is SOPThey have a new Victra Mgr, Owen, fresh put of training so he is unaware.Steer clear of Victra.”

Installation was easy and they threw in extras like a free modem and mesh router system. Internet speed is modesty better than the competition and there have been no outages. Also, there are no download volume limits and I expect to receive a $200 gift card soon.”
