This was the third store we went to in North Tampa (the other two - one corporate and one not), and the only one with someone who was both willing to help and able to figure out the issue we were having. I spoke with Brittany on the phone first- her patience, professionalism, and customer service was top notch and was exactly what was missing from other locations. She was solution driven and customer focused and with that, she was able to solve a problem that 3 other associates at other locations were not. I highly recommend this location - don't waste your time going anywhere else.”

This T-Mobil team knows their stuff and couples their great customer service with efficiency and patience. Thomas, Cherie, Matthew, Ishaan, and Justin are assets to the T-Mobil company. I had a few issues with my phone, and they knew what to do at every turn. I had actually visited TWO other locations in a single day and was NOT satisfied with the service I was receiving. I walked out of both more perplexed than when I went in. After leaving the other two locations (New Tampa/ Bruce B. Downs and Hilsborough/Armenia), having received wrong information, I drove out of my way to the Lutz location. My issues were solved immediately and accurately. I will only be dealing with the Lutz location from now on even though the other location is 3 minutes from my house. Go Lutz T-Mobil team, and continue to represent the excellence that I know the T-Mobil company upholds!”

“What is not to love about Target! I love their home furnishing department with the Magnolia brand. I always use my Red Card for an additional discount on everything I buy. They have awesome little faux plants for $5.00! And I bought plenty. Since we just moved into our home I have been shopping every day and going about every other day to Target :). It's a great store!!”

“My husband left an item behind at the self-checkout. Thanks to Walmart employee, Linda S. who was at the self-checkout the item was pulled aside and I was able to pick it up. Thank you LINDA S. excellent customer service! The day I went to get this item, I also needed assistance in the frozen grocery aisle. I asked Walmart Employee, Angelo B. who was fantastic at helping me find an item that was not in stock but he looked up when it should be back on the shelf. “This store has Kyle, a top notch rep. Not Kyle hawk at Victra down the street. This location in front of the outlets on rt 54 is a direct Verizon store not reseller.Only go hereI returned a phone and watch to Victra Kyle Hawk that is still able to access my accounts sfter 2 months.Kyle Hawk did not forward the phone to Verizon for refurbish and resale and wipe off data as he said was SOP.It's a joke to get through to the store. They want you to come in person to ensure they do what they say is SOPThey have a new Victra Mgr, Owen, fresh put of training so he is unaware.Steer clear of Victra.”
