“The shop was well staffed, and I was greeted right away with a friendly attitude. Everything looked clean and organized, and even the bathroom was spotless, which says a lot about how they run the place. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on. Instead of just telling me there was a problem and expecting me to trust them, they actually showed me the issue and helped me understand it. They answered my questions without rushing me and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
Overall, the service was professional, honest, and positive from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a place that treats customers with respect and takes pride in their work, but this shop definitely does. I’m absolutely going back to address this issue found and any other future maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a clean, well-run business.”
“Awesome first experience with this company. Picked up the phone right away. Told them my tire dimensions and for the first time in 5 phone calls, I didn’t hear that they didn’t have it because it’s a common tire. I quickly changed my mind and decided to get 2 new tires instead of the one after the initial call was made.They didn’t have the two on hand but guess what? No problem. Just had to grab one from the warehouse on the way to me. I didn’t expect them to get their quick because of location of where I was and having to go stop somewhere on the way….. I guess what I’m saying is done doubt this company!!! It was a very quick service with professional work. Thanks again guys!”
