“The true measure of a business is not just how they handle the sales and product fulfillment, but how they take of their customers when things don't go great. I purchased my first Abyss product, a 3000 watt power inverter from an authorized dealer. Upon receipt, the unit had an issue. I immediately contacted Abyss, and the first person I spoke with, Justin, was able to resolve my concerns. In my case, he chose to replace my unit with a brand new one, but what I appreciated greatly was the fact that he had a replacement label sent within 20 minutes and they shipped a new unit out as soon as they confirmed I dropped the old one off. All in all I received the defective unit on Thursday and had a new unit in my hands by Saturday. You cannot ask for better service. I know it helps that I am located in Florida, but that type of customer service deserves recognition. All products can have an issue, but it is how a company stands by their products that matters. I am happy to report the new inverter functioned as expected and is already installed on my boat.”

This young man went above and beyond to help me and got everything fixed that I had problems with prior at the other store, took him about 10 minutes of my time and everything is working perfectly!!!!!! “Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”

“Dropped PS5 off in the morning for HDMI port repair also USB port, had it done by the end of the day with very very good price. And showed me when I picked it up the ports worked properly. Very happy overall with everything. Though I went to put a disc in my drive and it's not working. I'm not really sure if it was already broken before I brought it in, so I'm not really worried about that as most my games are digital. ?”
“Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

Not only did she have several other customers in the store after 730pm, but she was beyond understanding and helpful to me when I desperately needed her help so late in the day. She was kind and patient, she resolved my problem as quickly as she could while juggling other clients, and her humor and personality really brightened up a bad night for me. She stayed almost 30m after closing making sure my new phone line was properly connected.

“The pharmacy department team was the kindest and most helpful one I’ve been to. They were handling a large number of customers with varying issues with grace and efficiency. I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”

“Jenn is the best manager this place ever had! She’s quick with service, got me in-and-out in no time with several items I needed for my new place in St Pete! So far she’s helped me with a tv, mattress and a dryer that was flooded during hurricane. She treats me and my kids like family every time we go in and even hooks my little son up w candy to put a smile on his face! After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! “if I could give them 10 plus stars!!!! let me tell you how I came to meet Jacob and will. so, my Happy's location which I'll be righting a review about them next. my fiancée and myself went in there for a bedroom set and a new tv old one died. and got everything but a pond getting it. I went home 2 days later I found a mattress place and decided to check it out found a similar mattress. for 200 including the box spring. so was like hmm I can take back my mattress {which was 1100, same as cash} again 2-3 days old. so, I called Melvin, and he told me I couldn't bring it back because it was out the box and used! I was like really.!?!? decided to get ahold of corporate. but ended up calling this location explained the situation to Jacob, he made it clear I can take it back and he reached out to his regional manager, and he reached out to the regional manager of the town n country store long story short. they CAME AND GOT MY MATTRESS! because of Jacob! than I was now not trusting Melvin called them to have them check the new contract and bill was like sure I'll take a look at it and apologized for this happening. they are truly the best I wished I lived close to them because they are amazing.”
