“We visited this location for the first time for our anniversary. What an awesome experience. The outdoor dining was so cozy and romantic. We went on a Tuesday night so the atmosphere was perfect for a quiet evening. Our server was Sebastian. He was excellent and attentive. The food was top notch. We had the coconut shrimp, steak flatbread, the smoked burger and steak fajitas. Nice sized portions and very tasty. We had plenty of leftovers. We can't wait to visit again. Thanks Sebastian for the great service.”

“Josh Meitin was awesome! He helped my son find work pants, jeans, shorts, a shirt and underwear. The store only had one pair of work pants that were in my son’s size and he helped us order another pair for him. He made my son feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend DXL and Josh for any of your big and tall needs!”

“First time walking into a DXL, went for my friend looking for clothes. Dina helped us find what my friend was looking for. Many types of clothes he couldn’t find anywhere else but here. Loved the huge selection of shoes and shirts. Everything seems very high quality and a lot of name brand stuff. Dina was amazing, so kind and helpful, she deserves a raise! We’re gonna come back again and look at some of the colognes, one smelled so good by the cash register. To end this review, everything was great and reasonably priced. Loved how neat and clean the store was! Thank you and we will be back! A+++”

“If only I could give Betty’s Promos Plus 10 stars. My initial order was sent and delivered promptly. Like within days of ordering. Problem was… USPS in my area is questionable, often delivering to the wrong house. After receiving my delivery confirmation, I contacted BPP to let them know. They helped me file a claim and promptly replaced my lost order. Customer service reached via email AND text to let me know one item was no longer available in the color I ordered. They gave me options, replace with another color or refund. I chose the replacement because I really wanted this item for my daughter. BPP was able to get the replacement order to me in 3-4 days…. AMAZING and still using USPS. I can’t truly express how much I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service.”
“It’s hard to find a store that fits my individual style and body type (fit but will not turn down a burger lol) , so when I first found LaCastro it was like walking into a gold mine. Not only is the boutique beautiful, but the clothes are stylish, comfortable, and flattering. The owner is an absolute sweetheart. By the second time I visited the store, he remembered me from the first and that goes miles. LaCastro will always have my business and if I could buy everything in the store I would!”

Customer service like this is rare and makes a huge difference. Because of Mari, shopping at Buckle felt personal, efficient, and enjoyable rather than rushed or overwhelming. She represents the brand extremely well and sets a high standard for customer service.

I like to go on weekdays when it's not too busy. They have a good selection of products for both men and women. A tad bigger than the store at Disney Springs. I just wish the clothes weren't so pricey but it is what it is. I look for sales and use coupons when possible.”
