“We rented a tux for my husband for a black tie wedding. We had a great experience with all the staff. They are all very friendly people. I had called them on a Saturday with some questions and they answered quick and were very helpful, they didn’t try to rush the call even though I’m sure their store front was busy, it being a Saturday during prom/ wedding season. The suit fit him perfectly! He’s a big guy ( 6’3 XXXL) and have had a hard time in the past finding a rental that would fit him good. Very happy that we found this place!”

“I went to Buckle at Mall of Millenia today and was helped by a lovely lady named Kailey. I cannot say enough good things about her! I walked in there totally defeated after trying on numerous jeans elsewhere that did not meet my expectations at all. As soon as I got there Kailey cheerfully greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and kept coming to check on me in the fitting room also. That level of customer service is almost non existent now and she actually cared about me finding a pair of pants that made me happy! They didn’t have one pair in my color that I absolutely loved so she ordered them for me and got them shipped to my house. Kailey - you’re a rockstar - thanks for helping me today! If i go to other TB stores they always seem to have many to choose from. Again, the people are nice, the store is in a great location but the selection of men's items is just so so to me, and just about my entire wardrobe is TB!”

“Everyone working here was very nice & helpful. They were having trivia questions at the entrance in exchange for a drawing where you receive a coupon ranging from 10-30% off any item. The questions were multiple choice and very easy, you also got to choose between the movies category or traditional Halloween. I got 20% and my husband got 15% off and they could be used with additional promotions within the store. It definitely encouraged me to purchase items I would not have otherwise. I thought this was so cool because my usual Spencer's location never does anything fun like this!”
