“Great store and staff. My only issue is concerning a military discount. I was told I would get 20% after it was rung up for some reason they didn’t recognize my service. I normally wouldn’t raise the issue but waiting till we were checking out isn’t a good place to address the problem. . I spent over 20yrs of service in the army and I’ve always used Oakley for their eye protection and tactical bags. I was very let down with this issue.”

“First time walking into a DXL, went for my friend looking for clothes. Dina helped us find what my friend was looking for. Many types of clothes he couldn’t find anywhere else but here. Loved the huge selection of shoes and shirts. Everything seems very high quality and a lot of name brand stuff. Dina was amazing, so kind and helpful, she deserves a raise! We’re gonna come back again and look at some of the colognes, one smelled so good by the cash register. To end this review, everything was great and reasonably priced. “If only I could give Betty’s Promos Plus 10 stars. My initial order was sent and delivered promptly. Like within days of ordering. Problem was… USPS in my area is questionable, often delivering to the wrong house. After receiving my delivery confirmation, I contacted BPP to let them know. They helped me file a claim and promptly replaced my lost order. Customer service reached via email AND text to let me know one item was no longer available in the color I ordered. They gave me options, replace with another color or refund. I chose the replacement because I really wanted this item for my daughter. BPP was able to get the replacement order to me in 3-4 days…. AMAZING and still using USPS. I can’t truly express how much I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service.”

I thought that was fair. I was treated with courtesy and respect and walked out a new pair of shoes, the newest equivalent model. Very good experience. This year, they have a lot of prints for dog lovers and nut cracker fans. Fancy shoes and accessories for Christmas and New Year’s parties and their clearance rack does not disappoint. Staff is very helpful and this store is laid out perfect. They also have the children’s section next door to the adults in a separate area. We shopped till we dropped!”
