My longevity at this location is due to the high-standards customer service. This location is very well maintained with a security gated entrance, efficient lighting, security cameras, and they even go the extra mile to supply utility dollies to assist with helping to move items to the storage unit. Also, I genuinely appreciate Camilo and Gabby the staff members for the friendly, kind, and professional services extended to me.”

Great customer service to her.”

“Leo was really great and helped me so much, I had accidentally gotten the wrong unit due to someone else at a different location but he helped me out so much and made the transition for me so seamlessly, all I had to do was pay the difference. The storage unit are new and they look really good and are very spacious. Leo was very polite and guided me to make sure I knew exactly where my unit was so I wouldn't get lost and answered all my questions as well. If you are looking not only for a storage unit but also helpful staff then this is the place and ask for Leo.”

“I have a storage unit here some time ago. And all tho there werent any issues or anything, I recently got a new unit here and the difference is night and day. Was painted, theres no spider webs, and the woman that works there, Sheri I believe her name is, couldnt be any better. She is helpful, polite, effecient and above all, I occasionallt see her out on property either cleaning, or just speaking with customers. I know corporate companies tend not to recognize the day to day things, but if they were smart, they would do what they can to keep her or at least do something to show their appreciation because she has turned this place around. If were gonna call out bad things, we should reward exceptional ones too. Great job Sheri!!”

“They are one of the best run storage companies in Orlando. Also, the price is good. The only downside is they hard close at 9pm. This can be inconvenient for those who work something other than 1st shift.”
