“Friendly staff that goes above & beyond for their customers! Location was very clean & they offer all your mailing needs in one. We won’t go anywhere else!”
“This Winter Springs UPS store is my go to UPS store for all my shipping needs and Amazon returns! The staff is always kind, helpful, quick and efficient. If there happens to be a line, they always keep it moving. Abby especially always takes great care of me, goes above and beyond and manages to do it with a smile each and every time. Thanks for a great experience every time I walk in the door!”
“I was in desperate need of computer help pertaining to a job application and they were so kind and patient to work with me. I always use them for shipping. Very reliable. Thank you!”
“Ola Express (Ocean Express) is truly exceptional. The owner personally takes care of each customer with so much attention, and you can feel the difference immediately. She consistently goes above and beyond — not only in the delivery of packages, but in the way she communicates, follows up, and makes sure everything arrives safely and on time.
I have used international shipping services before, but none have offered this level of commitment, responsibility, and genuine care.
Located in Orlando, Ola Express is more than just a delivery service — it is a trusted connection. When you send something through them, you can relax knowing your packages are handled with respect, dedication, and professionalism.
Highly recommended.
A five-star service with a personal touch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Well,I live in Rhode Island and a family member decided to sell the property down there. Being unfamiliar with any process of selling a house or what's involved was made easier by the staffing at Brandyn Schwalm Realtor especially Savannah Stewart. We discussed issues day and night weekdays and weekends too always informative and always took the time to reach out and assist anyone in my family with questions.Took a while to get thru the mountains of paperwork to be processed ect. and to finally having a closing date on the property is a relief.Other mentions of outstanding work goes out to Wesley Dunaway, Melinda Helle and anyone else I forgot to mention.Sincerely,Daniel”
“Found shop on Google Maps as I was ordering from out of state for a funeral. Robyn was super helpful and accommodating making the display exactly as I wanted. Truly beautiful and the family was touched. Thank you!”
“Best shipping establishment on the Westside of Orlando! Saved my life countless times, over this past summer. Definitely a hidden gem! Shoutout to Preet for great and quick customer service!”
“Staff is friendly!! If a box needs extra tape they don’t charge for that. Two self checkout kiosks. Could use an automatic door if you have large boxes to take there.”
“I've been here 3 times and the staff is excellent! They really go out of their way for customers. Kathryn went above and beyond when I left an item there by accident. As someone who could use extra help-- they did not hesitate to accommodate. And very friendly. I will be back here if I ever need any of their services-- though I don't live in the area. I couldn't be more pleased.”
“Great experience and customer service. I got there 6:55 and the gentleman who I wish I knew his name came out and helped me to unload the second package and to get inside for me. He’s studying engineering on his last semester and he is planning to work for UPS as an electrical engineer when he graduate. I recommend this UPS store! Thank you”
“Raul and staff are Absolutely the Friendliest people you will ever do business with! They never appear to have a bad day!
Quick service and convenient location. A+”
“Ajahir was incredibly helpful with processing my returns. I had completely messed it up and he was able to walk me through how to fix it and get it right. This UPS store is where we always go and the staff is very helpful and always courteous. The line moves quickly as they are very efficient.”
“I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. My computer had software issues along with other things. The technician was through, professional and honest. I got my computer back in a timely manner and I am super satisfied! Thank you so much! 10 out of 10”

“Had to palletize & ship a whole Ice Cream Store from Orlando to Tucson. These guys palletized everything in less than a day & not even 5 days later we received the shipment in Tucson. All of the fragile & delicate assets were palletized so well & so cleanly & everything arrived in pristine conditions. Definitely would recommend these guys! 10/10!! Enrique gave us amazing customer service & was on top of everything at all times.”

“Every time i go to one of the UPS locations the customer service is always top, I’ve never had a bad experience shipping with UPS today the guy was so patient explaining how to print the label by myself. I think the P in UPS stand for PERFECTION.”
“I love the new self-service kiosk. It frees up the UPS staff to do other other things which I’m sure they appreciate. Makes returns super efficient. Had a problem with the machine running out of printer paper today and had immediate assistance from the staff so they still have some job security too!”
“Love, love this UPS location. The staff are very helpful. I shipped a large package and the front desk staff helped me save money on shipping by helping me understand which delivery method to choose. They also assisted me with printing and scanning important documents I had to ship for my taxes. In and out in less than 30 minutes.”
“Been coming here for 5+ years. Every single person who works the front here is honestly a joy to talk to every single time. Every. Single. Time.
Took off one star because they used to have awesome music, always bumpin’. Now it’s back to this sad generic soft crap. We’re all already waiting in line to drop stuff off, why not let us groove a little during the wait? It was one of my favorite parts about this location!”
“I had a very complicated international shipment and got there 30 minutes prior to close business... Michelle gave us an excellent customer service and helped us big time. To my surprise when items arrived to destination, monitors were perfectly wrapped and all small parts were in a zip lock. Please don't let Michelle go, she was so professional and went beyond. We got everything in perfect conditions. Thank you Michelle!”
