“We recently switched to Valrico Pharmacy and Compounding and had a great experience. One thing we really appreciate is that they price match the big chain pharmacies. It’s nice to support a local, family-owned business instead of a large corporation.
The process was easy from start to finish. We dropped off our prescriptions and they contacted the doctor/big pharmacy and had the prescriptions transferred. We received a text notification when they were ready. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They also offer free delivery.
What really stood out was the pharmacist’s personal attention. Not only were our prescriptions filled quickly, but the pharmacist also took the time to review our immunization needs before we arrived and we were able to get the vaccine before we left. That level of care and service is hard to find these days.

They go the extra mile (literally because many times she has to run next door to my doctor to clarify my prescription). I have complete confidence in their ability to fill my meds accurately so I do not have to worry. They are also very knowledgeable about supplements.”
“The store itself and the majority of the employees are absolutely amazing. The variety of products is great. My only complaint would be one of their security guards seem to be prejudice against people who don't look rich. The very first time I took my boyfriend in there he accused my boyfriend of stealing even though he didn't touch a single item in the store. He demanded to search our bags for absolutely no reason. I walked in there with my boyfriend and picked a sub, paid for it and he accused us of stealing for no reason.”

“I always enjoy shopping at Publix! The store is consistently clean, organized, and well stocked, and the employees are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Customer service is one of the main reasons I continue coming back because the staff truly goes above and beyond to make shopping pleasant and convenient.
The deli, bakery, and overall grocery selection are excellent, and I appreciate the fresh products and smooth checkout experience every visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear the team works hard to maintain a high standard throughout the store.
The only small area I think could use improvement is the pre-cut fruit in the produce department, especially the pineapple. Sometimes the fruit is cut too close to the rind, and hard pieces from the center of the pineapple are included in the containers, which can make it less enjoyable to eat. Paying a little more attention to trimming and fruit preparation would make the quality even better.
Other than that, I’ve had great experiences here and truly appreciate the excellent service and overall shopping environment. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work!”

“The pharmacist at this place is incredibly helpful! I always have trouble getting my medications, since they are controlled substances and shortages are everywhere. Most pharmacies I call to check if they have stock always assume I am drug seeking and shut my questions down. It is incredibly shameful for those pharmacists and technicians to be working in pharmacology to automatically assume that and not want to help me out when I genuinely do need it, and quite frankly those people need to be put out of their jobs for doing so since they negatively affect people's lives by doing so. The pharmacist here is totally different. Incredibly helpful, wanted to answer my questions, and gave me valuable insights. Super friendly and did not assume I was drug seeking. Probably the best pharmacist I have talked to so far, and genuinely wanted to help me out by having my insurance and information in their system to be ready to obtain my prescription when it is time to refill. I will probably be getting my prescriptions here from now on.”

I came in after searching for a facility that had my medication in stock and accepted GoodRX and fortunately they had everything in stock but my RX didn’t have all the information required to be filled. Without hesitation Louis stepped in and assisted with calling the facility multiple times to get this resolved at 4:32 on a Friday!!! He asked me to give him a few moments while he tried to reach the facility. He not only got clarification on my medication he was able to offer me better discounts/coupons than I had expected with GoodRX. Abiola held strong with above average customer service to not only myself but every single customer that stood before him without skipping a beat. He provided solid assistance to Louis in between customer care. I couldn’t have imagined a better circumstance after all the trials and tribulations with other pharmacies I had gone through previous to meeting these two. They made a hard day better and that alone was worth the trip.”

“I get 2 of my scripts here because other pharmacy's don't carry them consistently. I like it, the staff are friendly and professional, and i love that they have a text-based communication system instead of having to call. They also use the RX Local app, which is convenient. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is that parking is crazy since it's located in the Morsani building and their hrs are not very convenient. I understand they are part of the Morsani complex and inside the main building, but even if they would stay open until like 5 pm, that would make a huge difference.”
