“If you want a cashier lying about "the credit card machine is broken" then come here. Do you like bad customer service? #1 place for bad customer service because the one time me and my family spent 1 HOUR here shopping, and waited like 5 minutes to register my items. But I saw a family going to the left to this girl with AirPods in her ears so I asked the other guy if I can go that way and he said "no" so I went to the guy. When he saw the credit card he said "im sorry but the credit card machine is broken so we asked if we can go and save our items and he said yes. So we spent like 2 minutes going to Chase and that machine there didn't work first try but we got the money and went 2 minutes going back. But when we went back like normal we should had been able to go back in line but oh and did I mention that they have a speaker to announce that the credit card machine is broken but they didnt. Anyways, the guys acted like we were never here so we told him "KEEP YOUR SHIT" and left. I hope this doesn't happen at other stores and I put 5 stars on this so the manager can see this”

“There's so much merchandise that it's sometimes difficult to walk through. And while it's not why we stopped there, nor does my husband like to make a fuss at the register, there were SO MANY placards announcing BOGOs of different kinds everywhere you looked that I was sure we'd walk out with at least 2-3 discounted items. Yeah. None. Absolutely none. Not, good form.”
