“So I will start out by saying I was a bad customer and waited until a few days before Christmas to ask for a tune. I saw they posted they would be out of the office for two weeks. I messaged Ryan on social media asking if I could get a base tune to get my truck running so I could data log it (I've never talked to him) He had no reason to respond he was leaving his house in one hour to jump on a plane. To my surprise he answered, sent me and invoice and 30 minutes later I had a tune in my email. I really hate making this review because nobody should expect that kind of service but they deserve the shoutout. Since then they have been EXTREMELY responsive, helpful and honestly take the cake when it comes to customer service. Ryan and his team are awesome. Ive found a tunner for life (and I've had alot).”

“This is absolutely not a place you hope you ever have to use. BUT if you are in need of a collision center, I highly recommend checking with the team here. I was incredibly impressed with the consistent communication regarding my vehicle. I knew every step that was happening and prepped on the next step. My bumper and panels look amazing. Thank you guys for the great work!”

“Would definitely recommend!!! Amazing work and staff! As far as completing their survey after services rendered, 1/10. Annoying, but not the techs or staffs fault. Loved the repairs and loved the staff! Definitely check them out if you need help!”

“Had the best experience of my life here as far as customer service goes. The staff here went way above here. I'm was on a trip from Wisconsin and started having break issues. The staff here used all the resources they could to help me. They sourced the parts they had. During my attempt to fix the car I ran into other issues and needless to say did not have the proper tools to get the job done. They put me in contact with a local mobile mechanic. They are not required to do this. They saw a desperate man with his family and treated us like family. This experience will stick with me forever and I am grateful to the staff here. Not sure there are enough words in the world to express my gratitude for the staff here.”

“We needed bulkhead dividers installed for two of our cargo vans. The ones we ordered were a nightmare install. After wasting a couple hours I decided to call a professional. Perfect install at a fair price. If we buy another cargo van I'm taking it straight here for bulkhead installation.”

“Searching for a new car was horrible. Just wanted to sit and get the feel for different models, before making my decision. A different experience from each pushy salesperson, like I was a waist of time. My first visit to Lee Nissan they gave me room to explore without pressure. After deciding what model was great for me. I watched their website for a few weeks and just listed was a model I've been looking for. I called and a meeting was set up with Marty. Who had the vehicle all detailed and ready to test drive. He was very professionally polite, and easily answered all my questions. The finance team made every part of the transaction with detailed information. No hidden surprises!. To the team at Lee Nissan. Thank you.... I'm loving my new Nissan Rogue.”

“I went into Restylers this morning to get an estimate on installation of a spoiler to my vehicle. After being greeted professionally, the representative assured me they could install it, and gave me a same day appointment. Installation took less than an hour like I was told, and the spoiler looked as if it was factory installed. I’m impressed with the results for sure and will definitely be back for any other projects. Thanks Restylers!”

“Pete's was the only place willing to work on my car after I got hit. None of the bodyshops that worked with my insurance wouldn't work on my car due to the title status. Pete's not only worked with me but did an amazing job. They stayed on schedule and got me my car back in one week. Color matched perfectly and doesn't even look like it's a different part. I had right rear bumper damage. They get all my bodyshop recommendations for the rest of time.”

“Absolutely wonderful, the employee Richardo was helpful and kind beyond words, he allowed us to borrow his OWN PERSONAL equipment to help diagnose my vehicle and he showed up to help us off the clock, there was no incentive or pay besides the kindness in his heart and to care for another, on top of all of his generosity he was extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, resourceful, kind, very funny too, he explained everything in a very understandable and concise manner, overall amazing experience that man was a blessing that day.”

“Coti really took care of me and treated me the way I appreciated being treated. Being married to a military officer didn’t hurt any either. We had a lot in common so buying from him made the process go smoothly. I’m loving the Tundra. It’s my second one. My first one was a 2000 from Sattelite beach Florida. Drove it for 250000 miles so if this one lasts that long it will probably outlast me. This Tundra has a huge set of balls when it comes alive stepping on the gas. Love the power and it’s thanks to Coti because I thought I would never get a hybrid. I guess I’m never too old to learn. You guys are the best people ever IMHO. PS it just fits into my garage with 2 inches to spare.”

“I’ve been using aps for my business for many many years, just wanted to shoutout DJ for going above and beyond for me, between going all the way from Pensacola on her day off to get me buffing pads to coming to my shop to scan paint on this Maserati and absolutely nailing the color. Always a pleasure working with these people but DJ is next level with her customer service. Will continue to use them for many years to come. Thank you guys”

“--- I don’t even know where to start—Patino’s Auto Body Shop is on a completely different level. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. They treated me with respect, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. That alone is rare—but what really separates them is their attention to detail. Every line, every curve, every finish on my car was restored with precision. It wasn’t just “fixed”—it was perfected. What truly amazed me is their ability to take what looked like a lost cause and bring it back to life. My car honestly felt like it was brought back from the dead. When I saw it again, it looked better than the day I got it. That’s not repair—that’s craftsmanship. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, skill, and pride in their work, Patino’s Auto Body Shop is it. They don’t just repair cars… they resurrect them. 🔥🚗”

“We have been extremely pleased with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center in Fort Walton Beach. The front office was very helpful and professional, provided coordination for our rental car. They kept us posted on the progress of the repairs by voice mail, text and their software app. Through the entire process, we had no surprises. On QC check, the shop manager held the car over for one more day to make everything right! The quality of the workmanship was excellent, color of metallic paint can be a little difficult, the painting guy’s did a great job! The paint was blended and looks the same, no indication of the repair. Bottom-line, they did an outstanding job and have an awesome group of folks! Thanks for the quality care and fantastic job!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this body shop and the experience we had from start to finish. After dealing with the stress and frustration of an accident, I expected the repair process to be overwhelming, confusing, and drawn out — but this team completely changed that experience for us. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and incredibly transparent. Every step of the process was clearly communicated, from the initial estimate to updates on parts, timelines, insurance coordination, and final completion. I never once felt like I was left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Their communication was consistent, proactive, and genuinely reassuring during a stressful situation. What stood out the most was how seamless they made everything feel. They handled the process with such organization and care that it took a huge burden off our shoulders. They were upfront about costs, explained everything in detail, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. That level of transparency and integrity is hard to find. The quality of the work was also outstanding. The vehicle looked absolutely incredible when we got it back — honestly like nothing had ever happened. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was obvious. More than anything, this shop treated us like people, not just another repair ticket. In a situation that could have been extremely stressful, they brought professionalism, empathy, and confidence every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs and would absolutely trust them again in the future.”

“I've been running a SunCoast Category 3 10L1000 and Billet Elite converter in my 2020 Duramax Denali for the last two years. The truck makes around 750 HP and 1,400 lb-ft of torque, and the transmission has been great. Unfortunately, a factory component that was used in the original build failed and ended up taking the transmission out. At the time it was built, there wasn't an upgraded option available for that particular part. The good news is SunCoast has since developed an upgrade, and they installed it during the rebuild. What really impressed me was how they handled everything. They received my transmission on a Wednesday afternoon, and by the following Wednesday morning I got a call letting me know it was rebuilt, upgraded, and headed back my way. That's a crazy fast turnaround. Big shoutout to Ellison and Montana. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated, answered my questions, followed through on everything they said they would, and made the whole warranty process incredibly easy. A lot of companies can sell performance parts. Not every company stands behind them when something unexpected happens. SunCoast took care of me, honored their warranty, and treated me right throughout the entire process. Because of that, they'll have my business for years to come. Highly recommend SunCoast Performance and their team.”
