“Marion music is a unique and fun store. There is a lot to see, like a sitar just hanging out among the keyboards. There are classic instruments and nice pieces for project guitars. Bruce, the owner, and his guys are friendly and relaxed. They made it easy to try things out, and they were attentive without putting on the pressure. I will definitely go back, especially if I am in the market for Fender products. Great variety of Fender and Squier guitars in there. And don't miss the lesson rooms, because most of that stuff in there is for sale, too.”

“My C:\ drive was bursting at the seams and I was suffering performance issues. After taking "repair or replace" notes over the past few days I brought that list to BITS for their opinion. Matt suggested a hard drive upgrade and doubling the RAM. I happily took his suggestion (I did NOT want to buy a new computer) and my computer is nice and speedy now. He ran stress tests, cleaned up the dusty interior, and finished the job in a few hours, for a VERY fair price. Super laid-back dude who knows his stuff. Thank you Matt!”

“Jason is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on everything electronic it seems, it’s pretty impressive. He takes the time to share extra info on each part I have needed and also price compares. He has the best selection in appliance parts, so much so that two other electronic and appliance repair part stores referred me to him! I’ve purchased two appliance parts there in the past couple of months and he has exceeded my expectations and had exactly what I needed each time. Don’t be too shocked at the plethora of parts and the narrow pathway to move about, Jason knew exactly where to find the part I needed in the ‘organized chaos’. It appears that they definitely have plenty of inventory, I have no arguments with that! When I saw some reviews about not receiving the best greeting when entering the store but honestly, this isn’t Starbucks… I’d prefer having someone extremely knowledgeable and knowing what the heck they are doing and how to help you properly with the part you need over being bent over not being greeted as I walk in, any day! I HIGHLY recommend this place, Jason is awesome.”

“Had a great experience. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 12 years. One of my phones was so old (2G) that T-Mobile offered to upgrade me for free at my local store. The staff was great. They didn't try to change my plan or pressure me for upgrades that would have cost me. Very reasonable wait time, and that is okay because when they were helping me, they were focused on me. So, of course, when they helped those ahead of me, I was glad to see them handling them properly without rushing them out. And by the way, I was reading the reviews. If you are not happy with the signal or plan, the local store reviews it, not where you post that.”

“I can always count on Target for gift cards. I went to get a gift card for friends and I was very happy with their selection...I was able to choose from restaurants, stores, cinemas, Google play, regular VISA, MC or AMEX, etc. I find that giving a credit card gift card like VISA is easier since the recipient can spend on anything they want...when they are given a specific gift card like a restaurant or store, they really need to tailor their purchase to that particular establishment. Call me practical, but that is what is easier for me....”

“Love shopping here at BJ's the coupon sales are great. Also there deli has an amazing cheese variety and their lunch meats are fresh. Anytime I need help at the register as soon as the light turns on a salesperson come quickly to help therefore I'm inclined to always go back to shop there. The store is also big enough that it never seems to crowded lines are fairly short”

“I recently went to USBiD's website to locate a capacitor I was having trouble finding. My sales rep Christine called me within minutes of me submitting my request. She was pleasant and professional. She found the capacitor I was needing and was able to order it and get it to me by the date I had requested. I also had a DC-DC converter I was looking to get a better price on. I could get them in franchise but wanted to save some money so I gave her that request as well. She came back and was able to save me $20.00 per part. I will be using USBID for future requirements.”
