I like that they’ll to pick you up and/or drop you off at home or office as needed thus eliminating having to inconvenience others. Also, I like that they keep you updated by text and/phone on the progress of the service and don’t try to pressure you to fix mechanical issues identified through the diagnostic test. They professionally explain the identified problems and related costs for each and then they let you decide what services you want done and those you don’t want done at that time. So far, I have had a positive experience each time I have taken my vehicle for service.”

“I scheduled a transmission fluid flush and replacement with new filter about a month and a half ago. During this scheduling I was quoted a certain price. This morning, while dropping off the vehicle, I was informed that the person who quoted the above work had no business providing such an estimate and actually no longer works for Glenn's... The actual price to do the work was much higher than the original quote.
Now as we know... this is exactly where a business and specifically its management staff defines itself... I too run a business and was curious to see how this would play out as I sourced the quote in good faith and I'm not the expert in this space.
To my more than pleasant surprise, Mike stepped in and honored the price quoted. For one, this creates a customer for life... but more importantly it creates a positive experience I will tell many about. The inverse outcome would have been equally as likely.
