“I went in for service and I've been very busy lately and I forgot that I removed my diamond engagement ring andband off to put on hand cream and left it in my console. I know this is generally not how you leave a review for a service department of Lexus but I had to because when I got back in the car my rings were there. As far as the work that was done to my car was absolutely fabulous it was done they washed it they cleaned it not one bad word Thank you so much I really appreciate the honesty and integrity”

“Front office and technicians are always courteous, accommodating and professional (strive to get the service requested done right the first time). I like that they’ll to pick you up and/or drop you off at home or office as needed thus eliminating having to inconvenience others. Also, I like that they keep you updated by text and/phone on the progress of the service and don’t try to pressure you to fix mechanical issues identified through the diagnostic test. They professionally explain the identified problems and related costs for each and then they let you decide what services you want done and those you don’t want done at that time. So far, I have had a positive experience each time I have taken my vehicle for service.”

This guy does an awesome job on fixing my car ! The prices is reasonable. He's honest and fair. He tells you what he's gonna do to the car and that he put original parts on the car.. “This auto body shop was recommended to me by my auto mechanic. They did an amazing job and the price was very reasonable. Not only did they repair the dent on the hood of my car - they detailed the entire car. When I picked up the car it looked like a brand new car inside and out. I will definitely use them again should I need body work on our vehicles.”
“I scheduled a transmission fluid flush and replacement with new filter about a month and a half ago. During this scheduling I was quoted a certain price. This morning, while dropping off the vehicle, I was informed that the person who quoted the above work had no business providing such an estimate and actually no longer works for Glenn's... The actual price to do the work was much higher than the original quote.
Now as we know... this is exactly where a business and specifically its management staff defines itself... I too run a business and was curious to see how this would play out as I sourced the quote in good faith and I'm not the expert in this space.
To my more than pleasant surprise, Mike stepped in and honored the price quoted. For one, this creates a customer for life... but more importantly it creates a positive experience I will tell many about. The inverse outcome would have been equally as likely.

“Brad is very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my 2017 Toyota Camry. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommended me to see a Toyota specialist at the Toyota dealer. He was so nice that he did not charge me for a diagnostic charge. God bless you. He truly cares about the clients issue and explains things thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back to his shop for oil changes, tire alignment and all other mechanical issues. Being new to the area he really made me feel comfortable and he is trustworthy.”

After listening to me explain the problem, Frank said that there was no need to make an appointment, that it was a common issue that he had seen many times before.
