“They just saved me $1600 in unnecessary repairs. I went for a second opinion on a noise coming from the motor. They identified it as coming from the radiator, not the front wheel bearing like the other place said. They fixed it in 2 minutes for free. Said the wheel bearings were fine. “Front office and technicians are always courteous, accommodating and professional (strive to get the service requested done right the first time). I like that they’ll to pick you up and/or drop you off at home or office as needed thus eliminating having to inconvenience others. Also, I like that they keep you updated by text and/phone on the progress of the service and don’t try to pressure you to fix mechanical issues identified through the diagnostic test. They professionally explain the identified problems and related costs for each and then they let you decide what services you want done and those you don’t want done at that time. So far, I have had a positive experience each time I have taken my vehicle for service.”

“I scheduled a transmission fluid flush and replacement with new filter about a month and a half ago. During this scheduling I was quoted a certain price. This morning, while dropping off the vehicle, I was informed that the person who quoted the above work had no business providing such an estimate and actually no longer works for Glenn's... The actual price to do the work was much higher than the original quote.
Now as we know... this is exactly where a business and specifically its management staff defines itself... I too run a business and was curious to see how this would play out as I sourced the quote in good faith and I'm not the expert in this space.
To my more than pleasant surprise, Mike stepped in and honored the price quoted. For one, this creates a customer for life... but more importantly it creates a positive experience I will tell many about. The inverse outcome would have been equally as likely.

“I was about to get on I-95 to start a 6 hour trip north from Vero Beach when I got a low tire warning. I got my compressor out and put air in to get it back to acceptable but saw a nail embedded in the tread. I got on the highway but knew I should try to find a place to get it plugged. I dreaded that delay for such a long trip but I didn’t want to be unsafe. So I got off in Melbourne to try finding a service station and found this place. I drove around back to find someone to ask if they could repair this and met Juan, a friendly mechanic who said yeah they can fix that, he does that himself. So he said to just drive around front and talk to the office. I did and they got Juan to come right up and take care of me. Didn’t have to wait or even drive into a bay! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! GREAT SERVICE! Very friendly, courteous and professional! If I lived nearby this would be where I’d always go!”
