“As always, the Cocoa Enterprise team was awesome! We had a crash and the Enterprise team of Cocoa brought the vehicle to the body shop for us and was able to sign all the paperwork electronically and be on my way. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I left the vehicle at the body shop and Enterprise came the next day and picked up the vehicle. The Team called me and let me they picked up the vehicle and let me know the rental ended on Friday at the time I picked up personal vehicle. Everything was fast, organized and absolutely will be using Enterprise in the future. I also find their rates to be cheaper than surrounding competition.”

“Well I am sure anyone out there that loves there car, or truck,etc. Will appreciate and understand where I'm coming from. My name Robert and I have used Mike Erdman Toyota once before years ago and the service manager treated me well considering its was my error in judgement that made the problem. So I am a mechanic by trade but a bad accident and old age, left me unable to preform these tasks. Thank God I remembered Mike Erdman who was so kind to me, there is a gentlemen name Khalid Lopez not only made me fill at home he was with the up most in professional curtosy, I felt at ease and he was polite and let me explain and kinda vent because I just spent alot some where else won't mentioned. Mr. Lopez assured me his top tech CHAD I apologize Chad I don't remember your last name,but ask Mr Lopez when you go in and he will help you np. Anyhow he gave my Betsey to Chad the tech and what a wonderful kind and intelligent person he was I can go on for days raving about all the great things they did. If you would like your toyota or what ever vehicle bring it to them... Again Godbless you Mr. Khalid Lopez and all the wonderful girls on staff are as pleasant as a rising sun, and especially Chad you are awesome sir your so kind for fixing Betsey she has never been happier or running better. “Rented a car pre cruise and post cruise from Orlando to this location and vice versa. They were extremely busy but very efficient. The employees were very friendly and helpful they went way and above when we had a minor issue with a tire and lost credit card they fixed it with zero wait. Also the counter staff was very accomodating and helped us change out reservation right at the counter without a hassle. I will be renting here every time we go to coco beach.”

“We picked up a Hertz rental car at Orlando Airport and dropped it off at this location prior to taking a Royal Caribbean Cruise. I was worried based on the reviews, but the drop off went smoothly - someone showed up at our car to print off a receipt for us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We walked over to the front door of the building to wait for a shuttle and one showed up almost immediately. We hopped on and it took us right to where we needed to be at the port! Overall a wonderful experience.”

“Everything went very smoothly, and the car return was quick. It took us no more than 5 minutes, and the shuttle was ready straight away.After a horrible experience at Orlando Airport where a staff member called Tony lied into our faces by adding additional costs (additional driver, tolls, and full tank of gas) to our contract, Martha was brilliant removing them all at Port Canaveral! She was great, honest, and aware of the scam that keeps happening at the Orlando Airport office.Thanks, Martha, for your help and honesty!”
