“Anybody who gives less than a 5 star review is a BOT!!! This man goes above and beyond!!!! Hard working and human just like everyone else! I came to Miami for work on a transfer underestimating the cost of living in Miami and providing for a home miles away!!! My phone was broken he did everything he could but my mother board was damaged but he not only gave me an upgrade that I know he took a loss on he helped me transfer everything over!!! I MEAN EVERYTHING OVER!! Took a little over 1.5 to 2 hours but he made sure I wasn’t stranded and able to talk to my family out here in Miami!!! Thanks AMIGO!!!! I owe you!!!!”

“Yuri was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I upgraded my phone, and he also helped me switch to a better phone plan that fit my needs, which I really appreciated. The backup and data transfer took almost two hours, but Yuri never rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience. He stayed patient the entire time, made sure everything transferred correctly, and answered all of my questions along the way. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re visiting this AT&T location, I highly recommend asking for Yuri. Thank you for the excellent service!”

“I took a family trip and had the pleasure of walking into this store. We came with a charger issue and left with a wonderful experience. They were helpful as well as knowledgeable about the issue we were having with a phone l. I appreciate the honesty of letting me know that there was an easier fix as we were a 1000 miles away from home. When we come back I know that exactly where to go for any issues as well as who to recommend if anyone is in the Miami area.”

“Visited the Apple Store on Lincoln Road while my wife purchased her new iPhone 18 Pro. The store layout is impressive, modern, and very spacious. Even though I personally prefer other operating systems (I love Samsung), the customer service here was efficient, smooth, and well-organized. A great flagship store location in Miami Beach!”

“My total shopping experience was better than excellent. I had an extremely helpful sales person, who assisted me with the purchase and stayed with me until it was completed; but more important was my delievery. Mr. Chaigo and his assistant carried a refrigerator to its location and made sure it was installed properly. They brought all the needed supplies and excelled in all aspects. This made my day and my experience with Best Buy a real winner. I want to thank the Best Buy Geek squad for having Mr. Chaigo as a member.”
