“We had an exceptional experience. Our phone was water-damaged, and the shop assistant inspected, dried, and monitored the device, refusing any payment. Even though the phone was no longer working at the time, his kindness and helpfulness were outstanding. Remarkably, a week later, the phone has turned back on and appears to be functioning normally. Highly recommended for their exceptional kindness and professionalism!”

“Anybody who gives less than a 5 star review is a BOT!!! This man goes above and beyond!!!! Hard working and human just like everyone else! I came to Miami for work on a transfer underestimating the cost of living in Miami and providing for a home miles away!!! My phone was broken he did everything he could but my mother board was damaged but he not only gave me an upgrade that I know he took a loss on he helped me transfer everything over!!! I MEAN EVERYTHING OVER!! Took a little over 1.5 to 2 hours but he made sure I wasn’t stranded and able to talk to my family out here in Miami!!! Thanks AMIGO!!!! I owe you!!!!”

“Yuri was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I upgraded my phone, and he also helped me switch to a better phone plan that fit my needs, which I really appreciated. The backup and data transfer took almost two hours, but Yuri never rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience. He stayed patient the entire time, made sure everything transferred correctly, and answered all of my questions along the way. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re visiting this AT&T location, I highly recommend asking for Yuri. Thank you for the excellent service!”
