Pavilion Apartments by Royal Stays is a large building in north Miami beach with the best location, super well located right on the beach. It offers a private beach, a heated swimming pool, a good or excellent gym, and valet parking. Friendly and diligent employees provide attentive service. The area is top and the beach is wide. However, some guests reported issues with renovations causing dust and smells, unclean conditions like a dirty oven and musty cupboards, and maintenance problems such as dripping air conditioning. While the location and beach are highlighted as beautiful and without sargassum, these problems were noted. It is not a hotel, with rentals managed by owners or an intermediary.

The condominium is very well located. The beach is next door. It has a swimming pool and gym. Friendly and diligent employees. The person who rented us was always attentive. The valet people were always friendly. If you are looking for location and beach. This is a good option!

The best location, with the best services, private beach, valet parking, excellent gym, heated pool.....what more could you ask for???
