Grand Beach Hotel is a nice and clean hotel with a fantastic location by a nice beach and the busy beach boardwalk. Many guests find it to be an OK hotel, a fantastic bargain, and an amazing, charming, and renovated property. The entire hotel is very clean, rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily, and the staff is very well-staffed, friendly, welcoming, and provides amazing service. Amenities include a really great quiet small pool on the 7th floor, a very complete gym with free classes, a very cool lobby sunken bar, and beachside food and drinks. However, several things prevent it from being a luxury great hotel. Significant concerns are raised about security, as there is absolutely no security, with the back gate left open and elevators allowing access to any floor. Key cards frequently need reprogramming. Some amenities are lacking or limited; the small pool closes at 6 PM, there are no USB ports in rooms, and the two pool bars are advertised but never open, leaving nothing to do after 6 PM. Some guests also note the towels are of poor quality and housekeeping can be reluctant for late cleaning. While many highly recommend it, some feel it is a little expensive.

Hotel was good, bar was beautiful, great beach access. Location just has a lot of construction going on and not many restaurants around. Had to walk or uber places and deal with construction
