They were very communicative on when my car was going in, how far along the process is, and the immediate moment my vehicle was done. I went in to change only 1 tire and they took the initiative to check my tire pressure on all tires before I left without me even asking. Again I highly recommend Wtw for any wheels and tires you may need. The whole team was also very polite.
