“I went to the Khols in Pembroke Pines today. They changed the way you check out and it seems better. They had 6 cashiers and they set it up different than it was. You get into a line but when it is your turn a voice will tell you which number register to go to. There are 3 registers on both sides. It seems to run better this way!”

“My wife and I have been to several shoe stores looking for a pair of shoes for her and we had been unsuccessful. Finally, we went to Macy’s in Westfield (known to us as Westland) and met with Sara in the shoe department.
Sara rocked it from the very beginning! She helped my wife find shoe options and was very quick to bring extra sizes of the same shoe. My wife told me she had never been so impressed with a shoe salesperson before. She was so happy that she actually bought two pair of the same shoe in different colors.
Please extend my gratitude to Sara for going above and beyond!”
“One of the nicer Ross discount stores I have been too. It's in fairly large strip mall, along with a Marshall's and a Burlington. So there are a couple of other places close by that you can comparison shop with.
There's also a newer Publix supermarket there as well. There's also a a few restaurants located there in the strip mall.
In addition to the household goods there is of course a fairly good selection of clothes.”
“Scan & Go self check out registers helps out with the long lines. Staff is always walking around. The shelves are stocked with products. Some products are discontinued or relocated. The parking lot gets full during certain hours of the day.”
