“Went to Magnolia to equip my media room. Purchased unseen because I trusted the designer/consultant. Unfortunately a woofer wasn't included and I was traveling back to chicago in a day. Both Jay (who located help) and Lance (who arranged installation) stepped up to sell me a woofer over the phone then made arrangements to install the next day. Amazing effort. “This was my go-to store close to my job. This location is well stocked with electronics, computers, appliances, cell phones, video games and so much more!
The staff is friendly and helpful. Granted it can be a little difficult to get help from the staff during your lunch hour, but it’s expected and they will get to you as quickly as possible.
There is plenty of parking at this location and they are conveniently located next to the Palmetto Expressway. So, if you’re traveling get off on SW 40 Street (aka Bird Road) and hop right back on! ?
