Robin is the most unprofessional, terrible customer service agent. Placed an order online, scheduled the delivery and called 3 days in a row PAST the delivery date with no updated information on my order. Asked to cancel the order and was hung up on 3 times by Robin.GO TO AARONS.

Horrible services! They show up at your house after two weeks if you haven't paid trying to repossess your stuff! It's super unprofessional! I'm looking for a mattress so they can take this BS bed back!
