“I got my iPhone screen fixed here and the whole experience was easy. I called first and they gave me a clear price over the phone with no hidden fees. When I got there, they did exactly what they said they would and it was really fast. I like that they explain everything clearly and don't make things complicated. They give you a 30-day warranty which is plenty of time to make sure the phone is working right. They also made it clear the warranty doesn't cover if I drop it and break it again, which is totally fair. If you want a fast repair without any runaround, this is the spot.”
“I had amazing customer service experience and interaction with both Mr Jay and Mr Ady in December 2025 and January 21,2026 myself and other customers was greeted with a wam smile and asked how can help you even though they were with other customers. They were flexiable managing and working hard to help everyone. This issue I had with my phone in December was very complicated and Mr Jay worked hard to figure out what was the issue and assisted other customers at the same time. I went back this week January 21,2026 and I have the same amazing experience with Mr Ady polite patient and helpfull they both are ,I needed help with my new phone. I also, observed team work with both Mr Jay and Mr Ady. While I was there on different occasions the customers seemed very satisfied as myself.
