“I have recently had my car fixed at Alexis Paint & Body Shop.
I had been to multiple shops for quotes in the area on what it would take to fix a large coin sized hole in my bumper. Yimy at Alexis gave me the best price, he is very nice, and also very professional. The work that was done for my car was fixing the hole in the front bumper, painting/blending 4 panels and they also purchased/replaced the fog light covers that were missing. Yimy and is crew did an expert job on fixing my bumper. I gotta say that I am super happy with the work and with the customer support that Yimy provided.
(sorry, I do not have a picture of the hole, its from a long time ago).”

“I was having problems with my car, and IT Car Service was recommended. I brought my car in first thing in the morning, and by 9am Alan called me back to tell me what was wrong. Not only was I expecting to pay a lot of money, but was pleasantly surprised when the price was much lower. I also asked if they would be able to do an oil change, and that also was not a problem. By 3:00 they called me to tell me that my car was ready. This was actually the first time that I've taken my car to a mechanic and felt totally at ease, they were so accommodating, so honest and fair, and did an amazing job. Highly highly recommended!!”

“I had an excellent experience here and cannot recommend them enough.
I brought my car in after noticing some noise while driving down to Miami following the installation of new tires. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They actually took the time to drive my car, inspect it, assess the issue, and they did not charge me for their time, which I greatly appreciated.
They explained that I would need new brake pads and brake discs. I was fully expecting the cost to be very high, especially in Miami, but the total came out to about $720, which I found very reasonable.
What truly set them apart was their professionalism and care. They told me my car would be ready by the next day, and they delivered exactly as promised. On top of that, they even washed my car, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus.
The entire team was outstanding. The general manager, Davis, is incredibly caring and professional. I also met George, one of the mechanics, who was just as kind and friendly. Even the woman at the front desk was extremely sweet and courteous. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure.
If you’re in the Miami area and need your car assessed or repaired, consider yourself blessed to have found this place. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.”

“I went there today as an emergency because I found a nail in my tire. I called to see if I could take it over today since I was in the area and the girl who answered the phone was really nice and told me they could help me. Once I got there, I was greeted immediately and I believe the manager helped me personally. I get really anxious in auto places but they made me feel super comfortable and explained to me everything clearly and even their waiting area was really comfy while I waited. The tire repair was super affordable and I was able to have it fixed within 45 minutes. I’m super appreciative to the team at this location!!”

“Absolute excellent service! Omar, Nicole, and the mechanic whose name I forget did exceptional work on my 2013 Audi RS 5. They did a complex job requiring all 8 control arms on the front axle needing to be replaced. It was ready within the next 24 hours! Best prices in the county and probably the best mechanics as well! They even corrected minor imperfections afterwards, very good customer service here. Definitely giving them more business in the future!”
