I rented from them , the car was nice but it was over priced and it wasn't clean. The previous person information was still in the voice box, the car had a smell and once I left the garage and stopped at the store I noticed dents in the car.

they work slowest at the desk !!!! After so many reviews from this point of view, nothing s changed... Hey Mr. Manager/CEO, do something !! just stay in the rental center and watch them - 3 people in 1h otherwise, the cars are good !

Marcelo Machado in the Miami Airport is the most professional agent I have encountered in 30 years. Opens early if you are waiting, always willing to find the car you need. Pleasant and goes above and beyond all expectationsI used other agencies but now Advantage is the only Car Rental I use in Miami. Simply the Best
