“What an Awesome Place! I originally came to Stone Age Antiques looking for interesting old items to put in my garden, but I quickly found myself on a treasure hunt for items from England because I am a huge Anglophile! This place is enormous and packed with what feels like millions of fascinating objects. You could spend hours exploring and still not see everything. I had so much fun poking around, and I will definitely make another trip back soon. The owner, Louis, is an absolute delight. I was happy that he was able to spend some time talking with me because he has some very interesting stories. I believe the other gentleman working there was named Albert—my apologies if I have his name wrong! He was also super friendly, helpful, and a lot of fun to talk to. This is not a polished, air-conditioned antique mall. It is a huge working warehouse filled with history, character, and unexpected treasures, so dress comfortably and be prepared for the heat. Parking is also very limited, with only a few gravel spaces in front. If you enjoy unusual objects and the thrill of a good treasure hunt, this place is absolutely worth visiting. What an awesome experience!”

“On Saturday, using google search and then to their website, we were able to locate a unique and incredible piece of sculpture. We called their number late in the day and someone answered the phone. They took our number and said to expect a call from Dennis. Within minutes Dennis called us back. In 20 minutes of conversation and his sending us text messages with pictures we committed to the purchase and we agreed to take care of the bill of sale and payment Monday morning. Dennis knew the piece since he had purchased it in Europe. Dennis called first thing Monday morning, the bill of sale and payment were taken care of and the large piece was placed on a truck a few minutes later. It arrived the next day in great shape. Courteous driver. Thank you Dennis!!! Wish we lived closer as we would shop/browse your gallery frequently.”

“I know the bad reviews seem serious, but please read some of the good ones. I’ve been here before with my parents, Mrs. Keni is such a nice lady. While my parents went around the store she taught me some Chinese, every time we visit she’ll review from the last time and she’ll teach me a few new ones. Keep an open mind when visiting please, you may not get the full story from negative side experiences. The items Mrs. Keni has on display are amazing, when you leave the store you’ll still think about that one item that caught your eye.”

“I had a great experience at this store. I came looking for a small antique dish and had a large selection to choose from. Very reasonably priced for an antique store. Other reviews seem to be harsh, unfair criticism: the store has plenty of “please do not touch signs” posted all around and that is a reasonable and common request in an antique shop full of fragile items. Furthermore, I read reviews disparaging the shop owner for ensuring his items weren’t mishandled. Again, in an antique store it’s normal that the owner wants to avoid items being damaged. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and discussed various pieces with me when I engaged in conversation. He also told me that he does not speak English so those finding him cold may just be misinterpreting his silence for someone not speaking your language. I would ignore the one star reviews as they seemed entirely inaccurate in my experience. This is a great store for anyone looking for a unique piece with a story.”
