Great stay and a lovely hotel. Very accommodating staff. Raphael at the front desk and Alexis, Eduardo and Mario with valet were great! Will be back.

Raphael was a joy to work with at the front desk!! I have never felt more welcome when I’ve arrived at a hotel. He was friendly, informative and a real pleasure to interact with - in French or English! He is a gem!

The AKA hotel in Brickell is fantastic. Ivana & Dulce were super friendly and helpful during my stay. The rooms look really cool and have everything you need for a relaxing time. Must check out the pool & hot tub!
