The representative was above average in every way. Unfortunately I misread the rating scale and gave the opposite rating. I didn’t find any way to correct it. Sorry.

We were assisted by Pedro at the Bird Rd ATT store. Ge resolved sn issue we had with billing snd got us new Direct TV service at lower price. Super helpful and professional

My experience at this AT&T Store was very pleasant, they helped me right away as soon as we got in, Ashley was very nice and knowledgeable and so was the store manager, I recommend them if you need to get a new iPhone
