The Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall is a nice hotel in a safe zone with many nearby amenities, restaurants, and a large mall. It offers big and clean rooms with basic amenities, including a microwave. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, though the hotel is in need of modernization in some aspects. Some guests report very good attention from the cleaning staff. However, there can be issues with reception service and waiting times, and the swimming pool has been out of order. For the price, it is considered a great place for a short stay.
This hotel was a great surprise! The rooms are spacious and really nicely decorated. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

The room I was given did not look like the images or any other best western rooms I’ve stayed in. It looked like a motel room and smelled like one too.

Room card key kept failing. had get four new cards on the first day the place needs real management & some proper attention nothing clean outside. Staff seemed unconcerned about any of the issues i raised. Fine for a budget one nighters, otherwise I'd skip
