typically not one to write reviews, but this was just a horrible experience. took the shuttle 2 hours almost, and when the shuttle did come they threw 13 of us in a 10 seater van. then when we finally got to the actual location the line was out the door, and people had suitcases all along the street.

We waited 40 minutes to get to the counter. Told us we had to wait another 20. The employees weren't friendly or helpful.
