Carl's Motel El Padre is a very clean and cozy place with soft beds and spacious rooms. It is described as awesome, quiet, and a special place for families. Guests feel welcomed, at home, and highlight the great customer service. Rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave. The location is near a gas station and lots of food restaurants. It is considered safe and a perfect, affordable place to crash for a night. Some notes mention the owner can be rude at times, the motel often runs out of rooms, and there is no breakfast service. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was decent, good mattress, great shower and towels, but I woke up with a cockroach walking all over me. There were several of them in the room. That's the only reason why the review wasn't better.
