There was a pair of sunglasses stolen from a vehicle, that valet parking handled on May 17th 2025, paying for the service since there is no parking in the hotel
Rooms are great and reception team is great as well.

The staff at this hotel make the difference. They are helpful & have a good attitude. Our room was cleaned and roomie. This hotel is right around the corner from the metro. The orange line will bring you to and from the Miami airport.
