Dunns Josephine Hotel is a unique, eclectic boutique hotel in downtown Miami, not far from South Beach. It is a historical gem with a real old times feel, offering music-themed rooms and lobby decor that transport guests back to Miami’s Harlem. The hotel provides a museum-like atmosphere where guests can stay in rooms named for great African American artists. The staff offers excellent, incredible customer service, with guests feeling treated like royalty. Amenities include private or street parking and a continental breakfast with coffee, tea, and prepackaged items. The rooms are described as clean, comfortable, and fun, with very soft beds. As a boutique hotel, it does not have a pool, restaurant, or computer at the front desk, using a paper registry instead. The immediate area is being revitalized with limited nearby restaurants, though some are within a few minutes' drive. A rare complaint noted an issue with hot water, but overall the hotel is highly recommended as a perfect and unique place to stay.
Nice staff and a great location. The hotel is simple in terms of amenities, but the price is fair.

I just finished staying at this hotel. It’s a boutique hotel, placed right in the middle of downtown Miami. Love the theme, the staff helped me with my bag at the hotel, and my room bed was soooo soft and comfy! In town for a wedding and it was the perfect stay.
