I usually ask a customer service rep their name. I didn't get it. I know her when I see her, though(glasses, beautiful smile, appeared to be AA/island descent, hair was natural with a lil color). She made my experience superb! I was in and out. It made me feel like I can ship more items via Fedex for my sales.

I went over there with 10 wardrobe trunks (with wheels) to sent. There were 3 ladies behind the counter... can't tell who was more helpful... I was out in no time... I've been several times before on that place, and never left with a WOW!!... I guess there's always a first time for everything...
