Jungle Island is Miami's premier eco-adventure park and zoo, located directly across from the cruise ports and near Downtown Miami. It is a very cool and unique family attraction, perfect for visitors of all ages, including kids. The park offers enriching animal encounters with lemurs, sloths, capybaras, flamingoes, and wallabies, and features huge tortoises. Visitors can climb through the thrilling Treetop Trekking zipline and rope courses, explore Treewalk Village, and enjoy the excellent playground, shaded nature trails, and inflatable pools. The Guardians of the Jungle show is also available. The facility is clean and well-kept, with clear animal enclosures. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous, providing great customer service. The location is easy for a last-minute visit. It is recommended to buy tickets online and fill out the waiver beforehand. The experience is wonderful, amazing, and worth every penny, often exceeding expectations.
