Activities are top notch, with events like an appetizer and wine hour. The pool bar is affordable and service is a priority, with staff noted as very friendly and apologetic for any inconvenience. The location is in the middle of everything, great for access, with Downtown, Miami Beach, the Everglades, and the airport all within a short drive. However, walkability is limited, with most restaurants over a mile away, though a free shuttle service to local stores and dining is provided. The property is in the flight path of Miami International, so planes fly over constantly, which can be exciting for some, but the rooms remain decently quiet at night. Some guests noted the property looks a little dated. Occasional disruptions like fire alarm testing or wifi issues may occur, but the overall experience is wonderful and worth it, with many guests stating they would definitely return.
Off the beaten path. Love that it's more like a community than a hotel. Villas are great.

The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the customer service was wonderful. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tanning studio in Coral Gables, and we visited a client here for a mobile tan. We really loved the facilities and the overall experience!
