we went to another hotel first and parking was a nightmare and was going to cost 200 per day. Novotel was in a great location.. private parking garage.. fair prices.. very clean.. and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

Right downtown. Heavy traffic. Parking was difficult because we prepayed and then our ticket wouldn't open the gate for us to leave. Front desk was notified but never came out. 15 minutes later, another guest stuck behind us used his monthly pass to open the gate.

We received great service from the moment we checked in. Mohammed Ali at the front desk was exceptional. Thank you! Very good hotel in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
